Age Requirement & Admission Process (AY/2022-23, KG 1 To Grade 8)

GRADE	AGE REQUIREMENT	PROCESS
KG 1	Must complete 4 years by 31st March, 2022	Interaction Session along with parents
KG 2	Must be 5 years by 31st March, 2022	Interaction Session along with parents
Grade 1	Should have completed 6 years by 31st March, 2022	Written test and interaction along with parents
Grade 2 to 9 and Gr 11	Passed and promoted TC (attested), from previous school	Written test and interaction along with parents
Grade X and XII	There will be no direct admission to grade X & XII	Special cases of admission to X & XII will be considered only for transferred cases from outside Abu Dhabi with CBSE approval

REquirements

Documents Required For Admission

Colour Copies of Passports of both parents with valid Visa

Valid Emirates IDs of both Parents – Original & colour copies

Valid Emirates ID of Student – Original & Colour copy

Copy of Student’s Medical Insurance Card

Immunization Record

2 copies of recent photograph

Result record from the previous school (for grades 2 and above)

Original Attested Transfer Certificate from previous school for grades 2 and above

Copy of Attested Birth Certificate

1) Parents also need to submit soft copies of the above documents on a USB, which will be returned later.

2) No age relaxation, on any ground, will be possible for admissions to KG 1, KG 2 and Grade 1.

3) Admission Test, in all applicable cases, will be conducted on English, Science and Mathematics subjects
